When will my order ship?

Ready to Ship orders ship 1-2 business days after purchase.

Handmade to Order items ship 2-3 weeks after order placement. Please consider this timing when placing your order. If your order is time-sensitive, please email us at info@feverkat.com to discuss expedited shipping options.

FEVER KAT is a one woman run business. Every order is hand cut, assembled, and embellished by the owner Katy. She reserves the right to extend turnaround times in the case of emergency, illness, or other life event. 🖤

Do you offer custom sizing?

Yes!

We can absolutely offer custom sizing and designs. If you do not see your size in our size chart please message us.There is no fee for custom sizing.

Please use the contact form to message us with any custom inquiries.

We also offer custom design requests!

Feel free to send your ideas over using the contact form. Almost all of our designs can be recreated with different embellishments, colors, etc.

What is your return policy?

Each item is handmade with care and no returns are accepted. All sales are final.

Please take a careful look at our size chart and send a message with any questions prior to placing your order!

Regular priced items may be replaced/exchanged on a case-by-case basis.

There is a 24 hour grace period to change or cancel your order. If you would like to do so please email us at info@feverkat.com or use the contact form. After 24 hours all sales are final.

Are your designs hypoallergenic?

Most Fever Kat designs are made using nickel-plated hardware.
